MNL68 Terms and Conditions – Rules and Player Agreement

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on MNL68. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a breach of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, working email address, and date of birth. MNL68 may require documentary verification of this information before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Never share your password with anyone, including MNL68 support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify MNL68 immediately via the support chat.
• MNL68 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Account names must match the name on your verified payment method. Discrepancies between your account name and withdrawal destination may delay or block transactions until verification is completed.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your MNL68 wallet instantly for e-wallet channels. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution. MNL68 does not charge a platform fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted during regular processing hours are typically completed within 30 minutes for e-wallet destinations. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. First-time withdrawal requests require completion of identity verification (KYC) before funds are released.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. MNL68 cannot void a confirmed bet except in cases of clear technical error.
• Results determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and binding. RNG outputs are audited independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or players.
• Live dealer game results as determined by the dealer's actions on-camera are final. If a technical error occurs mid-game, MNL68 will resolve the round according to the result visible at the point of interruption where possible, or void the round and refund all stakes.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the MNL68 platform or game content.

MNL68 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

MNL68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or that the account poses a regulatory, legal, or security risk.

Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to: identity fraud, duplicate accounts, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected underage usage, and chargebacks or payment disputes.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, MNL68 will communicate the reason (where permissible) and expected timeframe.
• If an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed rule violation, any remaining balance derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned subject to verification.
• Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting MNL68 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after identity verification.

The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to any dispute is the version that was in effect at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the dispute. Continued use of MNL68 following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

If you do not agree to any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
